Customer Success Manager
Role
- Inside Sales: Help interested, qualified leads understand Apptegic's value. Convert leads to trialists.
- Farmer: Nurture Apptegic trialists and customers. Help them become successful.
- Harvester: Convert trialists to paying customers. Maintain and grow revenue from renewals, upsells, and account growth of existing customers.
- Expert: Become an expert in Apptegic's own tools. Develop innovative ways to use our tools and improve them. Help our customers apply them.
